I'm Ryan Glyn Parane, a Computer Engineer and software developer based in the Philippines. I build web applications end to end, from database architecture in MySQL and SQL Server, through Git-driven workflows, to deployments on AWS and on-premise infrastructure. The front end is where I do my best work: turning Figma designs into fast, polished, human interfaces. Much of that craft has been poured into the public sector, with years spent steering the digital transformation of a national government agency and turning paper-bound processes into the everyday digital services its people and the public now rely on.
