Hello I'm Ryan, a Computer Engineer and full-stack developer based in the Philippines. I build web applications across the whole stack. On the front end I turn Figma designs into fast, polished, human interfaces. On the back end I design the APIs and data layers behind them, with database architecture in MySQL and SQL Server. And I run the DevOps that ships it all: Git-driven workflows, Docker, Cloudflare, and deployments on AWS and on-premise servers. Much of that work has gone into the public sector, with years spent steering the digital transformation of a national government agency and turning paper-bound processes into the everyday digital services its people and the public now rely on.

The ticketing platform for Cinematheque Centre Manila. Audiences browse upcoming screenings and programs, pick a seat from a live seat map, and reserve a spot with a QR ticket; staff run the whole season from an admin dashboard. I built the back end, the front end, and the deployment pipeline.
